Connecting to the HVAC System
All scent machine models starting with M and L are HVAC-capable. Each unit includes a metal push-in fitting and plastic tube to connect the diffuser to the HVAC air duct.
Step 1
Ensure the AC or blower fan is running so aroma mist carries through the duct. Prolonged diffusion with the fan off can cause buildup and potential equipment damage.
Step 2
HVAC setups typically require 10–15% higher intensity than standalone use due to added duct volume.
Step 3
Place the tube opening after the air handler and before the first register. Keep the opening away from the air handler body.
Step 4
Keep the plastic tube short with a near-vertical pitch. Avoid sags where oil could accumulate.
Step 5
Insert the tube ~3–4 inches into the duct at ~10% downward angle to ease flow.
Step 6
Seal the opening with aluminum tape and secure the tube to a rigid area to minimize movement.
Step 7
Place the diffuser in a dry, clean area near a proper 110V outlet.

Yes, this diffuser operates from 100 – 240 V, the plug is for US (110) receptacles. For non-US receptacles, you would need to procure an adapter from the US to your country-specific plug type.

We offer several types of commercial aroma diffusers, please contacts us for an obligation-free consultation. We would be more than happy to discuss the aroma needs for your business, we can also tailor a solution that fits your needs and budget.
With proper usage and maintenance, the expected useful life of your aroma diffuser is around four to five years. This estimate is based on the manufacturer’s pump lifecycle expectancy of 10,000 hours and unit working seven days a week, twelve hours a day at a medium intensity level. Aroma Designers cannot independently verify or guarantee the above-mentioned estimate, this is based on information published by the manufacturer.
The consumption of fragrance oil depends on your diffuser model, intensity level, hours of operation per day and days per week. As a general principle for our residential diffuser models, at a medium intensity level, working seven days a week from 8:00AM to 20:00PM the consumption of oil is approximately 100ml per month for the Portable Mini Diffuser, 200ml for M10, 500ml for M30/L50 and 1000ml for L150. This is just an estimate and the actual consumption level can vary based on your diffuser and program settings.

Scent Diffusers may be returned up to 21 days of the date of product delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and applicable shipping insurance. The scent diffuser must be unused and in its original packaging with all parts, accessories and documentation. Scent Diffusers must be packed in a proper shipping box; a scent diffuser box is not considered a shipping box.
Scent Diffusers that have been run with oil are deemed used and not eligible for return. Scent Diffusers that have been altered, modified, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
Aroma Designers is not responsible for lost items or damages caused by the carrier. We strongly recommend securing shipping insurance and providing us with a tracking number as part of the return process.
Refunds for returns conforming to the above-mentioned policy are typically issued within five business days from the product acceptance by Aroma Designers. All return units are inspected to confirm unused conditions prior to issuing any refunds.
Final Sale (i.e., ON SALE) items are not eligible for a return.

I like this device, I don’t have it hooked up to my air system so it just sits in the corner and does well.
I received my Diffuser today and I can say it came pretty fast, Im impressed about the quality of the machine, I called customer service and they was very helpful in helping me set up the phone App, and blue tooth they also assisted me in setting up the machine, I havn’t decided on what oil fragrance I want to go with but they sent me a sample pack with my order so I will be ordering my oil soon. I just ordered the professional scent machine today L150 HVAC Diffuser, My order is being processed now I read the reviews and looked at other machines and this is the one I decided to go with, I will let you all know how my delivery goes as well as the installation and the performance of the machine, So that’s all I have to say right now, But I can’t wait to receive my Scent L150 Diffuser Machine thank you.
I initially purchased this product to use with the HVAC system, but quickly realized it is not the best employment due to concerns about the extreme temperatures in the attic. So, I reluctantly employed it as a standalone in my 2-story, 4,000sqft home which surprisingly produced amazing results. I placed the system in a corner in my living room, using the lowest intensity settings. Bottom line, this product checks the blocks in size, form, fit, and function. No regrets after almost a month of use.
A downside to this product is that it has a loud built-in fan, however, this is a tradeoff I am willing to accept given this is a commercial grade equipment employed for home use. Another downside is that the system lacks contemporary enhancing technology such as bluetooth, apps, etc.
Still, this is a great product. Get yours!
