Free shipping in the U.S. for all orders over $200.

• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
• Florida Shipping: 1-3 business days
• Holidays Shipping: 5-7 business days
• FedEx TWODAY & NEXTDAY orders places after 2:00 pm EST will not process until the next business day.

Orders typically ship within the business day if placed by 12:00 pm EST, orders placed after noon will ship the next business day. All orders (except free samples) are shipped via FedEx, USPS or UPS with tracking numbers, the tracking information will be communicated to the email address on the order.

Florida sales tax will be calculated and assessed for all in-store purchases and for online orders with Florida shipping addresses.

Aroma Designers, LLC. (Aroma Designers) is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact us at support@aromadesigners.com within 60 days of the original dispatch date. We would assist you in filling a claim with the carrier UPS, FedEx or USPS. As part of the claim process, the carrier would provide more details on transit information and the final investigation outcome.

Diffusers may be returned up to 21 days from the date of product delivery.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and applicable shipping insurance.
• The diffuser must be unused and in its original packaging with all parts, accessories and documentation.
• Diffusers must be packed in a proper shipping box; a diffuser box is not considered a shipping box, please use appropriate packaging material.
• Diffusers that have been run with oil are deemed used and not eligible for return.
• Diffusers that have been altered, modified or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

Aroma Designers is not responsible for lost items or damages caused by the carrier. We strongly recommend securing shipping insurance and providing us with a tracking number as part of the return process.

Refunds for returns conforming to the above-mentioned policy are typically issued within five business days from the product acceptance by Aroma Designers. All return units are inspected to confirm unused condition prior to issuing any refunds.

• Final sale (i.e., on sale) items are not eligible for a return.
• Exchanges typically are processed within five business days if all applicable exchange information is provided to Aroma Designers.

Unopened essential oil bottles may be returned for any reason up to 21 days of the date you receive the product for a full refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Open bottles (i.e. with removed temper lock) cannot be returned and are not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges are processed within five business days if all applicable exchange information is provided to Aroma Designers by 12:00PM EST.

Please note that custom orders, including final sale items, oil blends, scent samples, discontinued aromas, private label scents, and specialty diffusers, cannot be returned. As these products are specifically tailored to each individual customer, they are excluded from our general return policy, which applies to our broader customer base.
