Pure Cold-Air Diffusion
Designed for waterless cold-air diffusion, our fragrance oils require no heat, water or mixing. Simply add the oil to a compatible Aroma Designers diffuser, adjust the intensity and enjoy clean, consistent fragrance throughout your space. For best performance, use only as directed with compatible cold-air scenting equipment.
Usage & Safety
For diffusion use only. Do not ingest or apply directly to the skin. Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes, and keep the oil away from children and pets. Fragrance Oils
Our scent oils are hypoallergenic, plant, and pets friendly!
We are proud to offer the highest quality fragrance oils on the US market. Our Aroma Designers oils are certified by the International Fragrance Association (IFRA™) for their content and certified by MSDS.
All our scent oils are designed and manufactured in the U.S.A.
The fragrance oils are based on essential oils but are highly concentrated substances and therefore not suitable for cosmetic use. Please handle the fragrance oils with care and properly wash/clean if there is a spillage.
Our fragrance oils are designed to work with AromaDesigners (waterless) diffusers, we cannot guarantee adequate performance with other types or brand products.
We work with many types of businesses and can recommend scenting solutions for your type of business based on what has worked well for similar clients e.g. pet care, medical offices, hotels, retail stores, etc. Should you need a proprietary (customer-specific) scent aroma for your business we can help you design your unique brand signature scent aroma.
Rubbing alcohol can be used to clean any spillage as long as the surface/area is not reactive to alcohol.
The consumption of fragrance oil depends on your diffuser model, intensity level, hours of operation per day and days per week. As a general principle for our residential diffuser models, at a medium intensity level, working seven days a week from 8:00AM to 20:00PM the consumption of oil is approximately 100ml per month for the Portable Mini Diffuser, 200ml for M10, 500ml for M30/L50 and 1000ml for L150. This is just an estimate and the actual consumption level can vary based on your diffuser and program settings.
Aroma Designers Fragrance Oils
- Can be used ONLY for waterless cold air diffusers/nebulizing scent machines.
- Do not mix Aroma Designers’ aroma oils with water.
- When refilling the oil, simply take out the diffuser bottle and fill it up to the rim of the diffuser bottle (approximately 80% of bottle capacity), please do not top it off with oil.
- We ship our oils in aluminum bottles (100ml, 200ml, and 500ml), please refill the original diffuser bottle with oil.
- Do not discard the original diffuser bottle!
No, the fragrance oils are cold air diffused to nano-particles and will not leave residue on your floor surface or furniture.
Unopened fragrance oil bottles may be returned for any reason up to 21 days of the date you receive the product for a full refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Open bottles (i.e. with removed temper lock) cannot be returned and are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds for returns conforming to the above-mentioned policy will be issued within five business days from the product acceptance by Aroma Designers.
Exchanges are processed within five business days if all applicable exchange information is provided to Aroma Designers by 12:00 PM EST.
Please note that custom orders, including final sale items, oil blends, discontinued aromas, private label scents, and specialty diffusers, cannot be returned. As these products are specifically tailored to each individual customer, they are excluded from our general return policy, which applies to our broader customer base.

You know, I was on the fence about getting the diffuser and if I would like any of the scents. I received the diffuser with thousands (not literally, but A LOT of scent examples it was overwhelming (in a good way). I have three favorite scents: Botanica, Eccentric and Adriatic. LOVE LOVE LOVE these!
I have hypersensitivity and some scents can send me into panic attacks (everybody says use lavender, it’s soothing but I HATE that smell therefore it does not soothe me!). Anything with vanilla or cucumber melon I have found to be triggers thus far.
Botanica is a bit stronger than the other two but it is a lovely smell (it reminds me of the smell in the lobby in a resort we stayed at in Riveria Maya) and doesn’t effect my hypersensitivity whatsoever, nor does it give me a migraine (as many do, even though they don’t trigger my hypersensitivity). I love this diffuser and their oils!
The diffuser can be hooked up to your HVAC system but I don’t know how to do that, my husband would have been able to figure it out but he passed away 1.5 years ago (massive heart attack at forty-nine, no known issues prior – who is prepared for that, I sure wasn’t! ). I think that’s why I like the Botanica scent so much, it takes me back to a place and time where there were no pressures or stressors of life and we were able to fully and completely enjoy each other, our chosen activities, etc.
The ONLY issue I have it that it didn’t come with instructions. I fumbled around and got it to work, even had it set for each day of the week but unplugged it once and everything I programmed was gone! That was a little upsetting. I don’t know if they all do that or if I got a lemon (since I had no instruction manual either). It was frustrating but I do LOVE the diffuser itself and the oils.
If the company is reading this, can you tell me if it’s normal to not receive instructions and if it’s normal to for programming to be erased once unplugged just to plug into a surge protector?
I do still consider it a quality product and I LOVE how long the oil lasts and that it I don’t have to constantly refill and add water!
Thank you for making quality products (even if I may have received one that may be a slight “lemon”).
The smell of the woods and flowers is just what I need to help calm my mind and release any stress that’s been building up throughout the day.
